Offspring specializes in custom designed, optimized and validated chromogenic and fluorescence assays.  From individual targets to multiplexed detection of up to 5 biomarkers in frozen and fixed tissue sections, flexibly and precisely targeting your project-specific needs 

We build these assays, using well selected fluorophors or chromogens and extremely sensitive sequential TSA signal amplification based detection. The assays are established, optimized and validated to specifically measure each marker without cross-talk between each individual assay according to our own strict guidelines and in-house criterias 

These assays are designed to be run with high precision, consistency and efficacy on the Ventana Discovery Ultra platform.  We also offer services to establish and run flexible immmunostaining using multiplexed panels based on the hapten anti-hapten as well as rolling circle-based detection techniques
